Nevada now recognizes Utah's Concealed Carry Permit

Effective July 1, 2016 Pursuant to SB 175 and AB 488 of the 2015 Legislative Session, the state of Nevada will recognize concealed weapons permits from Utah. For a full list, visit Nevada Department of Public Safety at:

Instructions to get Arizona Concealed Carry Permit

For those interested here are the instructions on obtaining your Arizona Concealed Carry Permit.
1. Go to http://www.azdps.gov/Services/Concealed_Weapons/Contact/

2. Click on the e-mail link

3. Fill out the e-mail form with your name, address, and phone number.

4. In the comment section put that you are interested in obtaining an Arizona Concealed Permit and ask them to send you the packet. Include your name, address, and phone
number.

5. When you get the packet fill out all the paperwork that will be included in it.

6. Copy the front of your Utah Concealed Carry Permit

7. Mail in the paperwork, the copy of your permit, and all applicable fees.

8. You should receive your permit in about 8 weeks.

In its second major ruling on gun rights in three years, the Supreme Court Monday extended the federally protected right to keep and bear arms to all 50 states.

Gov. Jan Brewer signed Senate Bill 1108 into law. It eliminates the requirement for a concealed-carry weapons permit, but does require gun owners to accurately answer if an officer asks them if they are carrying weapon concealed. It also allows officers to temporarily confiscate a weapon while they are talking to an individual, including during a traffic stop.

The State of New Mexico is no longer recognizing Utah's Concealed Carry Permit.

The Department of the Interior has passed a change to its policy making it legal to carry concealed weapons in any National Park in any state except Illinois and Wisconsin as long as you have a valid concealed weapons permit!
